Meet the Executive Director,
Bob Khalifé

Bob has been in the hospitality industry for over 28 years serving in senior management positions for various hotel companies but most recently as a general manager in Independent senior living. Bob earned his Executive MBA from IMD (International Institute for Management Development) and a BA from Glion Hospitality Management School in Switzerland. He also attended a strategic marketing management program at Harvard Business School and Leadership and a decision-making program at Yale University.

Team member training is crucial in senior living as it ensures team members are well-equipped to provide high-quality care and support to residents. Proper training enhances employees' understanding of residents' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs, fostering a safe and compassionate environment.
